How to use

Blow your nose gently before use.

Remove the protective cap and hold the bottle upright.

Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril and spray while breathing in softly.

Repeat in the other nostril as required, per the pack directions.

Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap after use.
